Radnor was a Mentat of House Harkonnen. He assassinated the previous Mentat Marko, his former teacher, and took his position. Radnor was in charge of that House's operations on Arrakis. Radnor had a lust for power and was extremely persuasive.

- Radnor was replaced by Hayt De Vries in the remake of Dune II titled Dune 2000. Unlike Ammon, Radnor was not given an official explanation to his absence, but rather retconned.
